3. Examination Fees:

Online Applications must be made in advance through our official website. Examination fees must be completed at the time of online application, and fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in specific service agreements. The examination fee is only for the training process and is not related to any job, interview, or employment opportunity.

4. Cancellations and Modifications:

All fees must be paid as per the schedule provided by the company. The fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance. Late payments may attract penalties and/or suspension of training. Additional charges may apply for extra training sessions, examinations, or certification fees. The Company reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrolment for violations of these terms or failure to meet academic or conduct standards. In case of dismissal, no refund of fees will be provided.

5. Candidates Responsibility:

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the online application. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the candidates.

6. Liability Limitations:

Noida International Airport Services will not be liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect costs arising from such occurrences.

7. Conduct and Behaviour:

Candidates are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner while using our services. We reserve the right to deny access to services or remove any candidate from the premises who engage in inappropriate or disruptive behaviour

8. Privacy and Data Protection:

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information according to applicable privacy laws. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as mentioned in our Privacy Policy. We keep the data related to the training recruitment process for a maximum of one year.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Noida International Airport Services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in DELHI.
